What's pitching at IDFA 2016

IDFA FORUM. The pitching venue of the big doc fest in Amsterdam is the place to be for filmmakers and funders with a keen eye on creative documentary. Introducing the five Danish titles selected for this year's IDFA Forum 21-23 November.

IDFA Forum 2016 presents a catalogue of 60 pitch teams from 25 countries, all ready to meet up with commissioning editors, funds, private financiers and other documentary stakeholders at one of the most influential financing and co-production markets for creative documentary taking place during the IDFA festival.

Five Danish projects are lined up this year – films by directors Simon Lereng Wilmont, Katrine Kjær, Pernille Rose Grønkjær, Carol Dysinger and Phie Ambo touching on subjects of identity and human consciousness, politics and war zones:


The Distant Barking of Dogs
