Award winning architect Bjarke Ingels, founder of BIG Architects, is fascinated by the way Team JiYo convey architecture and takes the team to his buildings, to explore and unfold their skills.

You can judge a society on how it treats its prisoners, said Dostoevsky. Halden prison in Norway, designed by Danish architects, is called "The world's most humane prison". Can a building in itself better a person? The prison houses some of Norway's most dangerous prisoners, and the philosophy is that design and architecture will contribute to killers and rapists transforming into good average citizens.

'Star Houses' follows a group of architects in the process of developing a prototype of a malaria-safe house in Tanzania, designed in collaboration with the local community, in an innovative attempt to secure the health of millions of people in sub-Saharan Africa. Inspired by Asian buildings, the architects develop a brand new type of sustainable home, which takes into account factors such as humidity and local access to building materials – but above all human well-being. Simple, but good ideas, which we see take shape and become creative solutions to something that has been a problem far too long.

The Church of Our lady was reconstructed in 1811-1829, after the fire of Copenhagen in 1807, but without the spire. Brewer Carl Jacobsen (1842-1914) offered to pay for a new spire in 1909. The offer was not received well in all circles.

After the fire of the second Christiansborg castle in 1884, the founding stone for the third was laid in 1907, following the drawings of Thorvald Jørgensen (1867-1946). The construction and decoration lasted until 1928 and was the subject of lively debate.
