A youth doc about kids from the age of 6 working as cod tongue cutters in Northern Norway. In the northern part of Norway 10-year old Tobias works as a cod tongue cutter. Cod tongues is a delicacy, and cutting them is a job bound by tradition – reserved for the Norwegian youth.
