Den økologiske have

Lars Brydesen, 1981

There is an increasing interest in growing one's own vegetables, and an even greater interest in growing them without the use of pesticides. Actually, with a determined effort it is possible to reach yields which in terms of quantity are equal to and in terms of quality lie far above what can be reached with fertilizers and crop sprays. This system is called ecological gardening.

But Niels' ways of farming in accordance with the planets and the primal instincts of the animals are not too popular with the authorities.
