Danish on a Sunday

In Danish on a Sunday in August and September we screen 'The Kindness of Strangers' (2019), 'Europa' (1991), 'The Exception' (2020) and 'The Good Traitor' (2020).

Twice a month we screen a Danish classic or a highly acclaimed new production with English subtitles. Tickets are 85 DKK (55 DKK for members of the Cinematheque) and can be booked and purchased online. Please note that booked tickets must be picked up no later than 45 minutes prior to the screening.

In Danish on a Sunday in June and July we screen 'Dear Wendy' (2005), 'The Word' (1955), 'The Commune' (2016) and 'Ninna' (2019).

Danish also means Danish pastry! Before each screening, we have a special offer on a coffee with Danish pastry (or a piece of cake) at Restaurant SULT at an extra cost of only 40 DKK.
