Monsoon Wedding
Aiditi er frustreret over sit forhold til Vikram, og indvilliger derfor i et gifte sig med Hemant, en ingeniør fra Houston. Lige før brylluppet får Aiditi kolde fødder. Samtidig er hendes 17-årige kusine brændt varm på en slægtning fra Australien, mens Aiditis anden kusine Ria ankommer med en overraskende nyhed til familien. Mia Nair tager os med til Delhi og til de kaotiske forberedelser til et traditionelt Punjab-bryllup. ’Monsoon Wedding’ er en charmerende smuk, farverig og livsbekræftende hyldest til kærligheden og familien, akkompagneret af et forrygende soundtrack.
