Syv unge mænd fra en af Paris´s forstæder dyrker yamasaki. Det er en form for leg, der går ud på at bestige høje huse. Da en lille dreng med hjerteproblemer falder ned fra et træ, mens han leger yamasaki, og derefter er ved at dø, beslutter de syv rigtige yamasakier at hjælpe.
