Director. Born 26/1 1972. Graduated in documentary film direction at the National Film School of Denmark in 1997.
Saif's breakthrough film, "Family" (directed with Phie Ambo, 2001), won several national and international awards, including the Joris Ivens Award at IDFA Amsterdam.
Saif was the director behind "Tommy" (2010), a film about the greatness and fall of the popular Danish singer and composer Tommy Seebach that drew more than a million Danish television viewers.
Furthermore, Saif has directed "Dogville Confessions" (2003), following the making of Lars von Trier's "Dogville", the short experimental film "Awaiting" (2006) and "Paradise" (directed with Jens Loftager and Erlend E. Mo, 2008).
