WORKSHOP. Series Lab Hamburg 2021 online edition // Call for projects

We are pleased to announce the fifth edition of the SERIES LAB HAMBURG, a development-, co-production and financing event bringing together twenty European producers and writers with a TV drama series in development who are looking for international co-production partners.

Four renowned international script experts will work with the teams on their projects.

In 2019 these were Claire Armspach (Head of Drama Development at STV former BBC, UK), Maggie Boden (Big Light Productions, UK), Mylene Verdurmen, (Head of Drama at Avrotros, NL) and John Yorke (Shameless, Jekyll, Life on Mars, The Streets and Wolf Hall, UK).

Finding Financing

Moreover, there will be a marketplace with 20 European financiers, from commissioning editors to world sales companies. Participants have the possibility to meet as many as they choose in one-on-one-meetings.

Call for projects

We are looking for producer/author teams with international production experience, and as for the project, a minimum of financing should already be in place.

There is no participation fee.

The application can be done in your national language. If you are chosen, you will need the documents (treatment, concept, outlines etc.) in English.

Danish producers who are interested, please send the application form (which can be downloaded below) to Creative Europe Desk Denmark no later than April 19th, 2021.
