Submissions are open for the fifth edition of the CEE Animation Workshop, a year-long training programme for developing projects and enhancing skills. Filmmakers in the field of animation from all EU member countries will be guided by renowned producers and animation script consultants. The deadline for submissions has been extended until 28 October 2022.
The Workshop is made made to suit producers and their creative teams with animated projects of any format in development while also being open to a limited number of producers without projects.
The 2023 edition of the CEE Animation Workshop will consist of 4 modules; 2 modules will be executed online, and 2 modules will be held on-site, starting with an on-site module in Ljubljana, Slovenia, in February 2023 and the third module taking place in Bratislava, Slovakia in August 2023.
About the CCE Animation Workshop
CEE Animation Workshop is a year-long programme for developing projects and enhancing the skills of producers in the field of animation for professionals from all member states participating in the Creative Europe MEDIA Programme.
The CEE Animation Workshop has helped develop more than 40 projects by 120 participants from different European countries in the past four years. More than 80 guest expert lecturers and animation industry representatives have shared their knowledge with the participants with the goal to improve participants’ skills and enrich the field of animation production in the European Union.
