Bodil Awards 2010

AWARDS Antichrist triumphed at the annual Bodil Awards ceremony held last evening. Lars von Trier's film was honoured with five of the eleven awards, including Best Film, Best Actor and Actress.

The Bodil Awards ceremony, presented by the Danish Film Critics' Association, was held yesterday 21 March. While "Antichrist" swept up five awards, Ole Bornedal's "Deliver Us From Evil" won for its supporting role performances by Pernille Vallentin and Jens Andersen.

Best Documentary went to Anders Riis-Hansen for "The Invisible Cell" and the two international Bodil's went to the animation features "Up" and "Waltz with Bashir".
