Danish critics award to R

AWARDS. "R" was honoured as Best Danish Film and Shooting Star Pilou Asbæk as Best Actor at the annual Bodil Awards Sunday in Copenhagen.

Michael Noer and Tobias Lindholm's feature debut "R" was voted Best Film at the 64th Bodil Awards, presented Sunday by the Danish Film Critics' Association. Pilou Asbæk, just back from Berlin as EFP Shooting Star, received the award for Best Actor for his role as the film's young inmate making his way through prison hierarchy. 

Best Documentary went to "Armadillo" and Best Director of Photography to Lars Skree.

Bodil Awards, 20 February (Danish)
