Morten Giese's "Love & Rage" received the prestigious Audience Award at the 39th Molodist Festival in Kiev. The film's leading actress Sara Hjort was present at the festival to receive the honour.
Through a Glass, Darkly — Best Feature Film Chicago
Danish director Jesper W. Nielsen's Norwegian-Danish-Spanish coproduction "Through a Glass, Darkly" won the award for Best Feature Film at the 26th Chicago International Children's Film Festival (CICFF). Producer Søren Stærmose lauded in Seville
Sevilla Festival de Cine Europeo honoured Danish producer Søren Stærmose with the SEFF/SILE Industry Award for his contribution to the film industry the last 25 years — "For his ability in spreading European cinema beyond borders and for creating a new model of convergence between cinema and television in the field of quality fiction." Søren Særmose's latest success is the Millennium trilogy, adaptations of Stieg Larsson's novels.
