A portrait of Børnehuset (a house for young squatters) in Copenhagen in 1997. We meet 5 of the autonomous from the house and get an insight account of the environment. The film depicts the philosophy of the autonomous through interviews, their relation to grown-ups, the adult fascists as they call them. Thier motives for a politic struggle and show the everyday life in Børnehuset.
