Life for Lisa involves hours of practice in order to participate in the Olympics, 800 meters race. Arkel is on his way to becoming an angel, however, he needs to perform one final, unselfish deed to help mankind. They meet when Lisa is out jogging and incidentally watches the angel, Gabriel being killled by the Prince of Darkness. Before Gabriel bdies he manages to pass on the secret word to Lisa.
