Nitesh's father has made a decision. It will not only change the rest of his life, but also that of his children - forever. He wants to give up his Danish residence permit and move back to India, where he originally came from when he moved to Denmark. And once this is done, he can't change his mind. Nitesh has made his film in order to understand his mysterious and taciturn father's definitive decision. And as the film progresses, an increasingly complex and dramatic picture emerges of a life, that did not go according to plan. From his arrival in Denmark as a young Bob Marley fan with long hair (he had to lock himself in with grief when his idol died on his 18th birthday), to when things started to get out of hand for him, we are given a very human history about gambling addiction, migration and the fragile, but nevertheless strong bond between father and son.
