The Soil Drift

Lars Brydesen, Denmark, 1979

47 min.DK/Documentary

In the north of Western Germany, just south of the Danish border, lies a 272-acre farm, Buschberghof, that employs bio-dynamic farming methods in an endeavour to create a kind of closed, self-sufficient agricultural system that has no need of chemical or any other form of assistance from outside. Rudolf Steiner's theories are taken into consideration and put into practice in several ways.
