Oscar, a teenage graffiti artist, is sentenced to community service at an old folk's home. When he is forced to take Isabel, a lonely and isolated resident for walks, slowly the two form an unlikely bond. Isabelle seems to come back to life as Oscar teaches her how to 'tag.' But will their friendship be able to survive when Isabel's memory begins to fade as quickly as the art they've created?
