A registration of the meeting between the punk group THE SODS and BILLEDSTOFTEATRET at a concert / performance that took place on the 27th of April 1980 during a multi-media event in a condemnend house at 13A/B, Gl. Kongevej. The number of the house, incidentally, gave name to the events of those three days. The film is conceived in the desperate and intense spirit of the music.
