Yesterdays Heroes

Eastern Poland, november 1990. 2 workers drive a statue of Lenin through the autumnal landscape. They arrive at an old dilapidated castle and carry the huge statue into a dark room crowded with petrified personalities from all ages. They place Lenin eyeball to eyeball with Stalin and leave, locking the door behind them. Darkness falls upon yesterday's heroes.
