CIA agenten Johanthan arbejder som undercover agent for at finde de våbenhandlere, der vil sælge en atombombe til en østeuropæisk terroristgruppe. Hans identitet bliver afsløret, da våbenhandlerne fanger hans tidligere elev, og Johanthan har ikke noget andet valg end at redde sin elev og samtidig forsøge at forhindre salget af atombomben.
