We welcome projects that match one or more of the following elements
- Projects addressing subjects that matter today in contemporary issues with relevance across Nordic borders.
- Accessible storytelling with clear hooks, compelling characters and engaging narrative arcs. Investigations, revelations, justice, mysteries or other angles that captures attention.
- Unique access to people, institutions or environments.
- High production value, including innovation and creativity in storytelling, format, and visual style suitable for mainstream audiences.
- Cross-Nordic collaboration. Projects involving talent or perspectives from more than one Nordic country will be encouraged.
What to submit
- Pitch deck: your narrative arc, subject and why it matters now.
- Unique access: outline any exclusive access or investigative angle.
- Development goals
- Team bio: introduce your creative team and past work.
- Collaboration plan: which Nordic countries and partners to be involved, key budgets and funding sources.
How it works
Submit your project by 1st June. Projects will be reviewed by your broadcaster and film institute. Selected projects will be invited to a closed pitch session before Nordisk Panorama in September.
Selected projects receive development commitments from their national partners and move quickly into co-production discussions.
