The film is commisioned by Kuwait Oil Company. It portrays the modernization of Kuwait as a modelsociety for other Arab countries, Due to large profit made on oil the citizens do not pay any tax, but have free acces to education and healthcare. Girls and boys attend the same schools. All though the political system is still dominated by Sheikh families the traditional cultures have almost disappeared. Traditional culture seem only to be found in musical performances on television. The title refer to radio Kuwaits presentation of every broadcast.
