An objective documentary based on interviews with 65 flashers, who describe flashers from a humane point of view, in the hope of greater understanding for them as people and flashing as a sexuality. Participating in the programme are 3 flashers, 3 girls who have experienced flashers, and also sexologist Proben Hertoft and criminologist Berl Kutchinsky with their knowledge on the subject.
