A journalist and a press photographer are given the power of becoming invisible. They go looking for petty crimes, and are present at burglaries and robberies. Suddenly becoming visible, they point out to the victims of the crimes that they have only themselves to blame. They have invited the crimes by being careless. The moral of this fantasy is: "Stop the thief before he steals".
