Hr. Hublot er en meget ordentlig mand, der ikke kan lide rod. Han bor i en fremtidsby, hvor alt er mekanisk. En dag finder han en lille hund, som han tager til sig. Men hunden bliver større og større, indtil den næsten ikke kan være i lejligheden mere. Alt er kaos, og Hr. Hublot må finde en løsning.
