Two for Cassiopeia - a Love Story

Leif is in his fifties, a film enthusiast with a passion for old Danish movie classics. He makes his living as the projectionist and manager of the cinema of the small town where Solvej, a couple of years younger, has spent her entire life. A young woman, a trainee at the cinema and a moonstruck local politician bring chaos and jealousy into Solvej and Leif's relationship. After many complications and a chaotic screening at which everything goes wrong, Leif takes over the plot from the silver screen and as the hero of the film at last he is able to declare to Solvej that he loves her.
