"Min bedste fjende"/"My Good Enemy" (2010), his second feature film, won the CIFEJ Jury Award and a Special Mention at Frankfurt Lucan International Children's Film Festival. Regel no. 1"/"Rule Nr. 1" (2003), Ussing's feature film debut, was selected for the official selection at Chicago International FF, Rio de Janeiro and Mannheim-Heidelberg.
