Jimmy Tong får arbejde som chauffør for Clark Devlin, der er hemmelig agent. Da Devlin bliver gjort ukampdygtig må Tong overtage agentarbejdet. Når han tager Devlins smoking på, bliver han til en uovervindelig agent. Sammen med den uerfarne agent Del Blaine skal han stoppe en skurk i at overtage verdensherredømmet.
