An Abyss of Freedom

Peter Eszterhás, Denmark, 1989

87 min.DK/Feature

In their last year of high-school, a close group of youngsters finds out that their parents' guiding light and shining beacon, the great youth revolt of 1968, did not lead any of them to eternal bliss. The youngsters must prepare for more than their approaching graduation, for how are they to deal with a sudden onslaught of tragedies such as parental divorce, narcotics abuse and a suicide among themselves?
