Adam Schmedes, Denmark, 2014

25 min.DK/Documentary

It's a story told by 12 year old Thea, about an arctic expedition searching for a Bowhead Whale, who lives in one of the most remote places on Earth, the Arctic Ocean. The expedition sees many whales; but is especially interested in one whale they name "White Jaw". In the course of their journey we learn a lot about the bowhead whales; how old they get, how much they weight, their sounds and social relationships.
