Fear of loneliness and desire for happiness cause a mother and taxi driver to let down her son. They have always been on their own, the son submitting to the needs of his mother far too much. One night the teenage son steals his mothers taxi. She chases him herself. In the beginning it's a sort of game. Later in the night, the situation gets more desperate.
