Visiline Jepkesho from Kenya is a marathon runner. Her biggest dream is to win races and use the prize money to buy a house for her husband, Abraham, and 3-year-old son, Izmail, and to secure them a life out of poverty. The film follows Visiline through four critical years where she struggles to find her way in a conservative and male-dominated world. What does it do to Visiline and her attitude towards traditional gender roles when she experiences the rights other women have?
