The music-loving con man Willy is out on parole after four months behind bars. And he hasn't been wasting his time: he has composed a string of songs and he refuses to let go of his lifelong dream of becoming a famous musician. He decides to revive his old band to prove to his eight-year-old son, Mikkel, that he isn't the failure he may appear to be.
