Director. Born 1982, France. Moved to Denmark in 2001 and started at Zentropa the following year. Graduated from the National Film School of Denmark in 2011 with 'Les amours perdues' starring Emmanuelle Béart and Denis Lavant.
'In Your Arms' (2015) is Sahlstrøm's feature film debut. The film premiered at Göteborg Film Festival, where it also took home the award for Best Nordic Film and the critics' FIPRESCI award. His second feature 'Until We Fall' (2018) won the award for best actor (Dar Salim) at Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival.
