Julemanden er ved at miste sin magi. Han skal finde en kone inden jul, ellers mister han sin julemandsevner. Samtidigt er hans søn Charlie kommer på listen over uartige børn. For at løse disse to problemer rejser han tilbage. En kopi af julemanden skal i mellemtiden passe julemandensværksted, men det giver nye problemer.
