Caroline Blanco

(1980 – )

Producer. Born 1980. Graduated as a producer from the National Film School of Denmark in 2009.

Blanco produced May el-Toukhy's debut feature, 'Long Story Short' (2015), which won a Bodil for best script and best actress as well as a Robert for best supporting actress. She is also behind the youth films 'Danny's Doomsday' (2014) and 'Anti' (2016).

Blanco continued her collaboration with May el-Toukhy, producing her second feature film, 'Queen of Hearts' (2019), which won the audience award at Sundance Film Festival and three awards at Göteborg Film Festival, including the main prize for best nordic film.
