To umuliusser bliver netop p.g.a. deres uduelighed optaget på CIA's spionskole, for at blive trænet til en hemmelig mission hvor deres opgave er at træde i spinaten og tiltrække russernes opmærksomhed mens to andre spioner gennemfører en vigtig opgave. Selv er de naturligvis ikke klar over dette, men de er dog overraskende snarrådige og ender med at redde verden fra undergang.
