Games are nothing without players. Getting players to play your game can either cost a huge marketing budget or demand a creative marketing campaign and a very creative mind.
Danish video game developers often have very small marketing budgets. At the Engage and Play seminar we will look at how to reach a broad audience without blockbuster budgets.
The main topic of this year’s game seminar is how to engage players. How to drive them to play your game but also how to make them stay and be creative and even become your marketer.
Video games are born digital and the digital world is ideal for viral marketing, communities, user engagement, etc. This experience can also be used in other related businesses such as film and TV.
We hope to see a lot of game developers, scholars, game students, film producers, directors, writers, etc.
